This is so true about incremental change.
If you select 5 to 6 things that will move your direct sales business forward every day, and do those, you will see large incremental change in the space of every month. Is it making calls? Is it mailing the thank you note or hostess pack or recruiting pack the same day? What do you need to: Start Doing, Stop Doing, Do More Of, Do Less Of? It all counts toward those goals and future success. Thanks Deb for a great article.

So often we can get discouraged, but need not to withdraw from the bank but deposit more–compound interest and persistence pays off! We just need to remind ourselves since it is our business.

Do something daily to move your business forward. That is exactly what I try to instill in my team! We will get the same results if we keep doing the same thing. How many times have you heard people say, “Oh, that (business) just wasn’t for me …” … do you think they were REALLY doing something daily to move their business forward? Okay, off my soapbox!! This is a good way to look at business, so often I forgot that each day’s activities may not show results right away, but if I start thinking about them in terms of compound interest then I know that the payout for that days results will be compounded over time. Thanks for another great article!
