Home-Based Business Tax Petition
The 2012 Direct Selling and Home Based Business Tax Credit Initiative and related petition drive affects over 30+ million network marketing or direct selling consultants working from home in the United States.
The direct selling industry should be a political powerhouse garnering the attention of every politician. Yet because we are “home-based” businesses working independently we have not harnessed this power to grab the attention of the politicians.
Home Business Tax Credit
Petition sponsor and creator Nick Caltran-Whitney, aka “Keeper”, is passionate about unifying the direct selling industry as a political force to be dealt with.
Guest on our next CashFlowShow – Direct Sales Radio this coming Wednesday, July 27th, Keeper will share about the direct selling home-based business tax credit initiative and petition.
The Direct Selling and Home Based Business Tax Credit Initiative
The #1 tax firm in the direct selling industry, Accountable Solutions as well as the CashFlowShow have officially joined Keeper as a co-sponsors of the petition.
Read and add your name to the Direct Selling and Home Based Business Tax Credit Initiative.
The goal is 1,000,000 signatures by January 2012, so add yours and join us Wednesday when we talk with Keeper on the CashFlowShow – Direct Sales Radio.

We recently invested in a new security feature for YOU the direct sales consultant who is browsing the CashFlowShow website.
VeriSign Malware Scanned
| Look to the top right corner of this and every page on the CashFlowShow website. VeriSign is the leading credibility certificate on the web. Sites with a VeriSign logo are scanned for malware monthly. |
|
What Is Malware?
Malware is short for “malicious software.” Malware is often used in reference to a “computer virus”, but really it is a broad term used to refer to many different forms of hostile, intrusive, or annoying software, such as computer viruses, worms, trojan horses, rootkits, spyware, dishonest adware, and crimeware. If malware is on a website, it usually is totally unknown to you. A site that has malware could possibly install more malware on the visitors’ computers.
The CashFlowShow is a clean and protected site.
VeriSign Authenticates CashFlowShow
VeriSign Authentication Service is part of Symantec Corporation. They authenticate over 1 million websites allowing consumers and businesses to engage online with confidence. The VeriSign seal is the most recognized symbol of trust on the internet.

Not only is the CreateACashFlowShow website checked on a regular basis for malware the authentication service also verifies that the site is owned by a real person. |
Deb Bixler (in this case) is a real person who can actually be reached! Click our new VeriSign Authentication seal and see!

Finding Sales Leads At Quarter Auctions – PA Questions Legality
 |
Quarter Auctions have been quite the rage in Pennsylvania and a recent series of articles on finding direct sales business leads at Quarter Auctions got a good bit of attention from the CashFlowShow blog readers.
There has been some recent news and controversy regarding Quarter Auctions in PA and I thought a follow up article was appropriate. |
As I said in the first article titled Finding Business At Quarter Auctions:
Quarter Auctions can be considered a game of chance in some states and may require licensing. The ones that I have participated with in PA all had a bingo license that (I was told) covered the rules necessary for games of chance. Do your own research in this area no matter what state you live in!!
Are Quarter Auctions Legal?
I do not know if Quarter Auctions are legal. I only know that they work extraordinarily well for generating leads and business for any direct sales company. The last Quarter Auction that I attended had more than just the quarter auction paddle gaming going on. There were many games of chance being conducted including punch boards, raffles and pull tab drawings.
It is important to do your own research regarding Quarter Auctions in your area. Even though I was told that a bingo license covers quarter auctions, you still should do your own research, even if you live in PA.
Quarter Auctions News
Most of the articles that I have read in the news about Quarter Auctions have been about organizations that use them for fund-raising purposes and had no licensing whatsoever, thus were oblivious to the possibility that one may be needed. This article in the York Daily Record talks about the Quarter Auctions Fund-raising capabilities.
In this article PA State Rep. Ron Miller, R-Jacobus, admits the system of gaming laws in Pennsylvania is a bit haphazard. Quarter Auction Legality A Surprise
I have not found any reports as to whether Quarter Auctions ARE or are NOT included under a bingo license. As I said, those that I participated in were in fact operating with a valid bingo license. This PA Petition is for the inclusion of Quarter Auctions in the gaming laws of PA.
