Merilyn Strange is a Certified Beauty Adviser and Avon leader who trains and coaches a direct sales organization of over 100 representatives. The Avon Starzz organization has an average annual sales of nearly $500,000. “I am passionate about this business and enriching the lives of women as they build and grow their own businesses”.
Merilyn Strange came to Avon in 1991 as a sales representative. “I knew it was a good fit for me because I love the products and the company’s vision, which supports my vision as well. I am dedicated to supporting women not only in beauty but self fulfillment, self empowerment and financial independence”. Since joining Avon she has found a true sisterhood of representatives nationwide. She is passionate about helping women succeed and excel in building their own home-based businesses. “It’s empowering for women to contribute to the family finances, or as a single parent be able to work their own successful business from home and provide for their family”.

In 2005 Merilyn was appointed to Avon’s National Representative Advisory Panel hosted by top executives, including Andrea Jung, chairman and CEO; Susan Kropf, president and COO; and Liz Smith, president, Avon North America. Merilyn was one of only 10 representatives from across the country selected to join the prestigious panel. |

Merilyn has educated Avon representatives outside her organization and throughout California in her beauty training workshops. She was invited as a special guest speaker by the director of Avon Beauty at Avon’s New York Leadership conference to share her synergy of beauty training workshops and the high ranking of President’s Club members in her organization. She currently offers speaking engagements, Fundraisers, Beauty Trainings and Workshops to direct sales professionals and MLM businesses as well as to customers, schools, clubs, groups and organizations and representatives. Merilyn is a member of the Avon President’s Club, a Certified Beauty Adviser and has received numerous Avon Awards for Excellence & Achievement for her business success. She is a member of the Direct Selling Women’s Alliance and a Certified Elite Leader. As a Leader in Avon’s Multi Level Marketing Leadership Program, Merilyn recruits, trains, mentors and coaches new and existing representatives as they grow in personal development, establish and strengthen relationships, in business and team building.
