Joe Hauckes is the writer, editor and publisher of Working at Home on the Internet. He has been self-employed for most of his working life. In October of 2005 when an on the job injury forced him to retire from his career as an arborist, he began learning and writing about his experiences starting an internet business.

Joe has experimented with many website and blogging platforms, various browsers and web servers. He has learned how to adapt them to users’ needs. He has also performed many hardware and software installations on personal computers, both on-site and remotely. Joe can work on your computer from his home using a system called CrossLoop. He has helped me out of several jams on my website and I would consider him a WordPress expert.
