Editors Favorite Sales Rally Quote

Rebekah Gienapp won the editor’s pick of our favorite comment. She said a lot and to summarize:

Last year I went to our Barefoot Books national conference for the first time.

I can’t stress enough how it propelled me into success.

Our company was making a big transition at the time and encouraging Ambassadors to do home parties and small events as opposed to only participating in large scale vendor events and book fair fundraisers.

After hearing Mary Christensen’s keynote and participating in the workshops, I came back ready to make a big push for parties.

In the next 5 months I did 13 parties (I had only done 1 previously) and grew my team from 3 people to 6 and achieved team leader status.

In the year after conference, I was recognized for my personal sales doubling as a result. The momentum that started for me at conference lasted all year long!

I attended our 2015 conference last month and have a renewed commitment to supporting my team members into moving into leadership themselves.

I recently attended my third national rally! It was so inspiring, emotionally charged and had great encouragement. We focused on how to serve others first and then our business would reap the benefits when we put service before sales. It was exciting and such an honor to walk the stage and be recognized for my accomplishments. I met new ladies and was able to show the ropes to newer consultants. It was great to hear the testimonies of senior consultants and know that I too could accomplish the same. Learning about how our company serves others across the world made me proud to be there. Worth every penny!!!

I just returned from the South Hill Designs Inspire Conference and it was amazing. So many great takeaways. I came home with some great tips to implement with my team and also in my personal business. The new products that were introduced are definitely going to take business to the next level. I also learned how to maximize sales on our Make a Wish products, which go to support the Make a Wish Foundation and am looking forward to doing more there.

I just came back from my first conference. Wow! I have been to other conferences in another business area but really didn’t know what to expect. I learned great tips which I implemented immediately upon coming home. My company also had giveaways which definitely were more than the price of the conference itself. I put money away from each party I did, just a little, in order to afford it. My husband didn’t even notice it was missing 😉 I definitely recommend a conference for newbies and veterans. You never know what you will learn.

I was unable to go to conference this year because of other commitments but I have gone to other conferences in previous years and it’s an experience that you’ll never forget. The friendships that are formed will last forever. The speakers that you hear are so inspirational and the training is amazing. It’s truly an experience that you’ll never forget and I can’t wait until next year to go to conference.

I haven’t missed a rally in my 8 years in direct sales. To me, rally made me see the whole picture of what could come out of my business. This year as I transition my business to another company (mine is closing party plan as of July 31st), I can’t begin to put into words the excitement I found by attending my new companies Rally. The training, friends (old & new) and all of the excitement make attend so worth it. If yours has already past, start saving now for next year! I promise it will be worth it!

What I have learned from my past conferences and rallies is total support in building my business. I’ve stepped out of my comfort zone and made new friends. I was taught by the best to be my best. It’s wonderful knowing I always have someone willing to assist with any concern I may have.
