Quote From Beth Jones-Schall
Several years ago I was struck by the propensity of those of us in direct sales to pay complete, focused attention to our hosts/customers before and during a party, yet when the party is over, so is the attention for the most part.
I saw this become even more pronounced as emails, texts, Facebook became the communication tools of choice.
I saw a “love ‘em and leave ‘em” mentality dominate the direct sales landscape.
Of all the professions with a tailor-made opportunity to provide the exact opposite, direct sales should lead the way for excellence in follow up and customer service.
Today, now more than ever, the “Love ‘Em and Leave ‘Em” philosophy for sales does not work.
Successful direct sellers and leaders must take purposeful, planned action after the party in order to serve and build relationships. Much like host coaching, a consultant must make a plan to do so.
A leader must be purposeful in training the consultants under her/him in teaching direct sales follow up and customer service to build relationships and friendships.
Beth Jones-Schall‘s “No More Love ‘Em and Leave ‘Em” system teaches you, the direct seller how to take purposeful, planned actions to serve and build relationships.
