I just sprinkled a bit of it here to maybe create desire for joining the full version. Glad you are liking the program. (LOL) Did it work?

Deb, I just love you. You are so down to earth and have great tips. Thanks for giving me the “closing” words. It’s so simple, yet I never know how to ask. I do now! One question – did I miss the 4 interview questions or is that something that’s in the paid version?

Just to add to your last comment, Deb, I find it very helpful to get advice from different sources because not all of the advice that I get from one will fit into my personality style. While it may work for some, it may not work for all. Advice from many angles increases my chances of hitting on something that will fit for me.

I am enjoying this common-sense approach to direct selling. I was amazed at how quickly I wrote down 21 reasons I love my business (less than 10 minutes). I think they will really make a difference when I am presenting the opportunity. Thank you.

That is a big topic,Jenny! I strongly recommend that you encourage your team to participate in outside education opportunities. While this may seem like a no-brainer….many leaders or companies are proprietary!

More trainers, more personalities = more results. Just sharing this series or the radio show is a good example. Or having outside educators as part of a FB team group.

The category on the site called Team Education/Training has a lot of articles on goal setting and team motivation.

The full version of the DSRU does cover meetings both online and offline.Which I feel should be a focus of every leaders efforts. Meeting makers make more money!

Well, Marina, my all time favorite vendor event is the Hershey Chocolate Fest but that is a bit outside the norm. You really just need to go and start to figure out which one is good for you. Sometimes we think one will be good and it is not… and the other way around so do not prejudge.

Thanks again Deb! I love that you give specific examples of dialogue that has worked for you. I can’t wait until my next interview to say “Do you have any questions or are you ready to start?”!!!! Love it!

The hard part is creating the stories… it is not my best thing. I am going to have to practice, the concept of painting pictures with words is hard for me. Concentrate on the benefits an them. Thanks

Wow! I have heard of features and benifits but never heard of telling the story and creating memories. I alsways tell my I story to guests but never gave the memories, the feelings behind the “story”. I can see now how creating those memories on the personnel benifits for them and their family can produce not only higher sales and loyalty to the product but better results in team building as well. Thanks can’t wait for the next video.

well, I am loving this series. I have taken a lot out of it and into action. I bet that you will get lots of people to participate in a FREE bookings series too like you said. The 4 question interview sounds intriguing.

Thanks again Deb! Your examples of turning features to benefits to stories was very helpful. So, now you’ve got me curious about the 4 interview questions you use. Can you pass those on to us too?

AWESOME! Just listening to these 3 videos have helped me look at my business in a whole new way! I had my story that I share at my shows, but never really thought of creating short “stories” to feature bookings and recruiting! Now I am on my way to writing my stories for all the different features and benifits that I can use in my shows and when needed! I see now just informing them they can get free products or do what I do might not be enough, but if I can help them paint pictures in their mind of how it will benefit “them” will have much better results!!! Thank you!
