Tonight on the Power Hour tele-seminar we talked about recruiting at the show. Create Desire At Your Show then use this four step interview to sign them up at he show. The following recruiting interview is very effective and can be conducted either at the show or at a live interview. Using this format actually allows the potential consultant to talk themselves into signing up.
- Do you have any questions or are you ready to get started?
- What first interested you in XYZ company?
- What strengths or skills do you have that would make you a good consultant?
- What would you like XYZ company to do for you?
- Do you have any questions or are you ready to get started?
When you rotate through these questions using the Secret To Getting More Yeses and rephrase them slightly each time you will actually sign up new sales reps at the show.
