There is no additional shipping fees on any orders shipped to a US address. This NO SHIPPING FEE policy applies to any standard sized* quantities of ordered products. The price you see is your check out price. Most orders are shipped by USPS priority mail. Whenever possible all orders are shipped within 36 hours of the time the order was placed.
- International orders are shipped by global priority at a flat rate fee of $15.00. (Shipping fees are not refundable.)
- *The NO SHIPPING and flat rate fees are based on all ordered products fitting into a flat rate envelope. Generally this would cover up to 2 full “8 disk sets” of CDs and workbooks or the “Whole Shebang”.

Returns Procedure and Address
In order to receive a prompt refund on your return, please follow the following guidelines:
- Please call or send an email PRIOR to returning your product.
- Please include in the email the reason for return. If you are dissatisfied with the product please specifically tell us why you are dissatisfied. If the item is being returned because it was damaged upon receipt please tell us before shipping the product.
- Please include in the email the delivery service which you will be using. (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Please package your product properly for safe return travel. (We will not refund your purchase price on products which are received with damage during return shipping due to improper packaging.)
- Your credit will be issued promptly upon receipt of return goods. Credits will be based on the product price as purchased.
- We do not refund shipping fees.
