A few great adjectives:

"Workhorse" - apply to a product in your line that serves multiple purposes and customers will use all the time

"Versatile and Practical" - show/give several different ideas of how to use the product (outside of the obvious)

"Affordable and Functional" - give value to the price/cost by identifying a need and providing the solution with the specific product

Just some ideas!!! -Shannon (31 gifts, Phyllis' training)

IT is easy to fall back on the old favorites. I am listing out my products in my current kit and applying great adjectives to each one.

It's amazing how often you use these words when you don't know much about the product. They are a crutch to fall back on. At my team trainings we talk product knowledge and what you would say about a product a show. Everyone loves it because it helps them with word choices they can implement right away. There are "rules" to my training - you cannot say "I love it" or "this is my favorite product". What we all have learned is it's harder to take these words out of your presentation than you think.
