The following are considered entries into the “Top 10 Blog Stroll” sweepstakes: Stroll through and comment on ALL of the articles listed in the 2011 top 10 list and you will be entered.

The Prizes are non-transferable. There may be no cash or other substitutions of prizes by winner. However, DebBixler.com/CashFlowShow.com reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value in the event the above prize is unavailable for any reason. Individual winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes with respect to entire prize.

Winner of the Prizes: a) releases, indemnifies and holds harmless DebBixler.com/CashFlowShow.com, its parent, affiliated, subsidiary and successor companies, and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, advertising agencies and promotional sponsors (collectively the “Release”) from and against any and all harm, expense, liability or injury that may be sustained relating to or arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize; and b) authorizes the Releasee to use the winners’ names, likenesses, photographs, voices and biographical data for any purpose, in any media, unless prohibited by law.

Email is required for all entries.  The email is the form used to draw the winners at random.  Without a valid email on the contest entry form the entrant will not be included in the drawing.  Failure of any prize winner to provide an accurate email on the entrance form will result in automatic disqualification from the contest.

Notification of winners will be done by email only. Winners must claim their prize within 10 business days after Prize announcements.  Forfeiture of any prizes and all such prizes shall be awarded to an alternate winner at that time.  In the event of a prize forfeiture, the winner forfeiting the prize will lose all rights to said Prize within 10 business days of notification.  We are not liable for unanswered or undeliverable email notifications.

Failure of new contestant to provide accurate contact information of their referrer will result in automatic disqualification of the additional entry for the referrer in the contest. We are not responsible for inaccurate information resulting in a disqualification of entry.

Sweepstakes winners will be picked at random by www.Random.org .  There will be 1 prize winner picked as well as 3 alternates.  Alternates will move up the winner ladder in the event that a winner does not claim their prize within the alloted time frame listed above.

Entries will be entered by their email addresses into a random drawing. Without an email address, you cannot be entered.  All decisions are final and may not be contested. The results will be available as public knowledge.  Your email is confidential and will not be shared publicly or privately with others.  (See our privacy guidelines.)

Other Small and Large Print:

• All entries must be made prior to 12:00 Noon EST on (US) New Years Day, January 1, 2012 to be considered a valid entry.
• Entry in this sweepstakes authorizes CashFlowShow and The CashFlowShow – Direct Sales Radio to reprint your story either online or off line.
• By entering the sweepstakes you are agreeing to the sweepstakes rules.
