Shipping Policy

  • There are no shipping fees on orders shipped to United States postal addresses.
  • International orders are shipped by global priority at a flat rate fee of $20.00. (Shipping fees are not refundable.)

The above shipping fees apply to any standard sized* quantities of ordered products. The price you see at checkout is your final charge.

Most orders are shipped by USPS priority mail within 36 hours of the time the order was placed.

  • *The no shipping and flat rate fees are based on ordered products fitting into a flat rate envelope. Generally this would cover up to 2 full “8 disk sets” of CDs and workbooks or the “Whole Shebang” CD set.

All refunds are processed by the same payment gateway/technique that you used to purchase the product.

Both Paypal and our merchant services provider has a 60 day limit on refunds.  Refunds must be processed within the refund window of the agent you used to purchase your products.  No Exceptions!

Returns Procedure and Address

In order to receive a prompt refund on your return, please follow the following guidelines:

  1. Please call or send an email PRIOR to returning your product.

  3. Please include in the email the reason for return.  If you are dissatisfied with the product please specifically tell us why you are dissatisfied.
  4. In many cases we will replace damaged items without return shipping. If the item is being returned because it was damaged upon receipt please tell us about the damages before returning the product.
  5. Please include in the email the delivery service which you will be using. (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  6. Please package your product properly for safe return travel. (We will not refund your purchase price on products which are received with damage during return shipping due to improper packaging.)
  7. Your credit will be issued promptly upon receipt of return goods.  Credits will be based on the product price as purchased.
  8. We do not refund shipping fees.
