Melanie Stuve’s 3 New Consultant tips

Three simple things to tell your new consultants about presenting their first party:

  • Know how to talk about the backbone of your business. In Norwex that would be the microfiber, in your business it could be any number of things. Become an expert on whatever the most important product or selling point is for your company.
  • Don’t talk too much. Pick a handful of products that you love and talk about those. You will want to talk about everything. about all of your products but don’t do it. Save something in order to create desire for future parties.
  • Have FUN!! If you’re not having fun you are missing something. If you are not having fun then neither will the guests.

Practice, practice, practice, your words, your demo, your booking lines and all. The more you practice the better you’ll feel about your presentation.

Screwups are fine. Even having presented over 500 parties, I still stumble over words and forget things sometimes. It makes you human and it makes you duplicable.
